Swansea Kung Fu Course

November 7th 2009, Swansea Shin-Ga-Do Kung Fu club held it's annual training course which, yet again, maintained the brilliant standards of previous years courses. Organised by Sifu Keith Morgan and teachings from Sigung Mark Kemp and Soke Michael Bedfell the course got off to a fantastic start; Soke Bedfell instructing on one mat and Sigung Kemp on the other. We four fantastic sessions throughout the day, two with each instructor.

Many thanks' to Carol who treated us all to a "Aerobics" warm up after lunch. Great fun and surprisingly martial artistic!
